Reach GSE 59 (CEFR B2), or get another 3 months free
We are confident that consistent practice works. Stay active on your Mocko three-month plan, and if your official Versant score still falls short of GSE 59 (CEFR B2), we extend your subscription by another three months, free of charge.
Our promise
If you practise on Mocko at least once a week for the full length of your three-month subscription, sit the official Versant test, and still do not reach GSE 59 (CEFR B2), we will add three more months to your plan at no cost. All you have to do is send us your official Pearson score report.
How it works
Subscribe to a 3-month plan
Start any Mocko three-month subscription. The guarantee is active from your first day and runs for the full length of the plan.
Practise at least once a week
Every week of your subscription, complete either one full Versant mock exam or two or more quick practice tests. That steady rhythm is what moves your score.
Didn’t reach GSE 59 (CEFR B2)? Get 3 months free
Send us your official Pearson score report. If you kept up the weekly practice and still fell short, we add another three months to your plan at no cost.
What counts as regular practice
Progress comes from showing up every week. To keep your guarantee active, complete at least one qualifying session in each week of your subscription. A qualifying week is either:
- One full, timed Versant mock exam in a given week, or
- Two or more quick practice tests in a given week
Conditions of the guarantee
To keep things fair and simple, the guarantee is subject to the following conditions.
- The guarantee applies to active Mocko three-month subscriptions only.
- You must practise in every week of your subscription period. A qualifying week means one full Versant mock exam, or two or more quick practice tests, completed on your Mocko account.
- The guaranteed target is GSE 59 (CEFR B2) as your overall score. Versant reports every skill on the Global Scale of English from 10 to 90 with a CEFR band; your overall score is the figure Pearson prints on your report.
- Your official test must be sat during your subscription period or within 30 days after it ends.
- Accepted score reports come from the Versant English Placement Test (VEPT) issued by Pearson. Mocko practises the VEPT paper, so other Versant products and other English tests are outside this guarantee.
- To claim, email your official score report to support@mocko.ai within 30 days of your subscription ending.
- The reward is one three-month extension of the same plan, added free of charge. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
- One extension per person. The guarantee cannot be combined with other promotional offers, refunds or trials.
- We may verify score reports directly with Pearson and decline claims that appear altered or incomplete.
How to claim your extension
Within 30 days of your subscription ending, email your official Versant score report to support@mocko.ai. Include the email address on your Mocko account so we can match your practice history. Once we confirm your weekly activity and your score, we add three months to your plan, usually within a few business days.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I get if I don’t reach GSE 59 (CEFR B2)?
You get another three months of the same Mocko plan added to your account, completely free. It is an extension of your practice time, not a cash refund, so you can keep preparing and try again.
What counts as practising "regularly"?
At least one qualifying session every week of your subscription. A qualifying week is either one full Versant mock exam or two or more quick practice tests completed on your Mocko account. Skipping weeks means the guarantee no longer applies.
Which test and which score are accepted?
An official Versant English Placement Test report issued by Pearson. We read the overall score on that report, on the GSE 10-90 scale, and the guarantee pays out if it is below 59.
Why GSE and not CLB?
Versant is not an immigration test and never reports a Canadian Language Benchmark. Its results are GSE scores with CEFR bands, so this guarantee is written in the scale your score report actually uses. If you are preparing for Canadian immigration, the CLB 7 guarantee on our CELPIP, TEF and TCF plans is the one that applies to you.
How do I submit my score?
Email a copy of your official score report to support@mocko.ai within 30 days of your subscription ending. Include the email address on your Mocko account so we can match the claim.
When does my official test need to be taken?
During your three-month subscription, or within 30 days after it ends. This keeps the result close to the practice you actually did on Mocko.
Why an extension instead of a refund?
Reaching a higher GSE band is about consistent practice over time. Giving you three more months of full access is the most direct way to help you close the gap and pass, rather than ending your preparation.
